How to reach us
Support & product help
For help with a specific tool result, an account question, a failed job, or a billing issue, email info@krawly.io. Please include:
- The tool you were using and the URL or input you submitted (omit anything sensitive).
- The exact error message or screenshot if relevant.
- The email address associated with your Krawly account, if you have one.
We aim to reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul time). Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
Billing, refunds & cancellations
Subscription billing is processed by our merchant of record. For refund requests, plan changes, invoices, or VAT documentation, email info@krawly.io from the address on the account. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
Partnerships & sales
Bulk plans, white-label deployments, integration partnerships, and reseller arrangements: info@krawly.io with the subject line Partnership enquiry. Include your company name, intended use case, and approximate volume.
Press & media
Journalists, podcasters, and analysts can request interviews, screenshots, or quotes by emailing info@krawly.io. We can usually accommodate same-week deadlines for short comments.
Legal, privacy & takedown
Privacy requests under the GDPR, KVKK (Turkish data protection law), or comparable regimes — including access, deletion, rectification, and portability — should be sent to info@krawly.io with the subject Privacy request. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
Copyright takedown notices (DMCA-style) and intellectual-property complaints should include: identification of the protected work, the URL on Krawly that allegedly infringes it, your contact details, a statement of good faith belief, and a signature (electronic is fine). Send these to info@krawly.io.
Security disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Krawly, please report it privately to info@krawly.io. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and work with you on a coordinated disclosure timeline. Please do not run automated scans against the production infrastructure beyond what is necessary to validate a finding.
Feedback & tool requests
Suggestions for new tools, dataset improvements, or UI changes are very welcome — email info@krawly.io with Feedback in the subject line. We publish a roadmap update on the Krawly blog roughly once a month.
Office hours
the Krawly team operates Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul time. Support email is monitored outside those hours but responses may be delayed until the next business day. We do not currently offer phone support.
