Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-off purchases made on https://krawly.io (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Krawly.io ("we", "us", "Krawly"). The free tier is, by definition, free of charge and is not subject to this policy.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period (monthly or annual) of any new subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, email info@krawly.io within 14 days of the charge with the email address on the account and the order or invoice number. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the bank or card issuer.
The 14-day guarantee applies once per customer per product. Subsequent renewals are governed by the pro-rata rules in section 3.
3. Cancellations and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@krawly.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep full access until that date and will not be charged again.
- Monthly plans: No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current month after the 14-day window has expired.
- Annual plans: After the 14-day window, we may issue a pro-rata refund for the unused full months at our discretion when the cancellation is requested for documented service interruption or material change in functionality.
- Lifetime / one-off licences (where offered): Refundable within 14 days of purchase only.
4. Statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request that the digital service be supplied during the withdrawal period; the right of withdrawal is then forfeited once the service has been fully performed. The 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 is offered voluntarily by Krawly in addition to, and is more generous than, this statutory regime.
5. Refunds we cannot grant
We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:
- Charges older than 14 days where no money-back guarantee, statutory right, or pro-rata exception applies.
- Account terminations resulting from documented violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abuse of rate limits, attempts to bypass authentication or quotas, scraping content protected by paywalls or login walls, or use of the Service to violate third-party rights.
- Charges processed more than 180 days ago, where banking and PSP rules prevent reversal.
- Failure of a third-party website to respond, change in a target site's structure, or rate-limiting by external services. Krawly cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to data hosted by third parties.
6. Service interruption credits
If Krawly experiences a confirmed outage of more than 24 consecutive hours that prevents normal use of the paid features, we will issue a service credit prorated to the affected period upon request. Service credits extend the next renewal date and are not exchangeable for cash beyond the standard refund channels described above.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact info@krawly.io before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Accounts with an active chargeback are temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.
8. How to request a refund
- Email info@krawly.io from the address on the account.
- Include the order number or last four digits of the card used (if available) and a brief reason for the request.
- We acknowledge every refund request within one business day and complete the refund within 5–10 business days.
9. Tax
Where a refund is issued, any VAT or sales tax that was originally collected by us or our merchant of record will be refunded together with the principal amount. For B2B customers in the EU who supplied a valid VAT ID at checkout, refunds will follow the reverse-charge rules already applied to the invoice.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your most recent purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always published at https://krawly.io/refund.
11. Contact
All refund and cancellation requests, as well as any questions about this policy, should be addressed to info@krawly.io. For other matters see our contact page.
